Millions of people were trapped by the worst floods in Pakistan's history in Bahrain town of Swat valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. On Wednesday, footbridges, army helicopters, excavators and temporary cradles were used to rescue people in the mountainous areas.
Since June, the death toll from the devastating flooding has reached 1,191, and over 3,450 kilometers of road, 149 bridges and 950,000 homes have been damaged, according to the country's National Disaster Management Authority.
