Pattan ,September 09,CNS : On the directions of SDPO Pattan Nawaz Ahmad Khanday, Police post Palhallan organised a Drug De-addiction Programme at Little Buds Public School.

Sub Inspector(DO Palhallan) Dar Aeraf was heading the programme.

The main motive of the programme was to provide awareness to the local students regarding the ill effects of Drug Addiction.

Locals from the area also participated in the programme and hailed the efforts of local police officer for organising the event. They also mentioned that these programmes should be organised in every corner so that our young generation would se saved.

It's worth to mention here that the Drug Addiction in Kashmir is alarming and mostly the youth is involved.

DO Palhallan said that we are working from the ground level to aware the young generation so that they are kept away from these harsh Drugs. He also mentioned that the most important role is of parents, and every parent should kept an eye on their children and support them positively.(CNS)
